Ashley has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2020. Following graduation, she began to expand her knowledge through different educational courses to offer more variety in her treatments. She is certified in Hot Stone Massage, Cupping Therapy, and Ashiatsu Massage. Ashley uses a therapeutic approach and enjoys performing deep tissue massage but will adjust the amount of pressure depending on her clients requests. As much as she enjoys deep tissue, she believes it is important to create a relaxing environment for the body and mind to be in a relaxed state. She focuses her treatments on relieving pain and discomfort while improving functional/postural imbalances.
