When human beings experience disabling challenges, it’s not uncommon for their lives to unravel. My great passion is to help people to overcome physical challenges. I help my patients (children, youth, Adults, and families) to find healthy perspectives of themselves by enlightening them on the relationships between Mind-body, and soul. My job is to educate them on how relationships between muscles, joints, and ligaments work so they can manage their physical pain and be more efficient at work, with hobbies, passion, and with their family. I am a proud mom of two sons and A Physiotherapist I hold bachelor’s and master’s degrees in physiotherapy (INDIA) and a Master’s in administrative sciences (Fairleigh Dickson University, Vancouver) I have more than 10 years of experience in different specialties from musculoskeletal injury, neurorehabilitation to cardiovascular rehabilitation from Acute to Chronic illness. I am always curious to learn new techniques all the time because I know there is no single approach that is right for one Individual.
