Jeremy is a New York state licensed massage therapist and a graduate of the Swedish Institute. Incorporating Swedish massage strokes combined with detailed deep tissue work, Jeremy is able to customize his sessions to promote overall wellness, decrease discomfort from aches and pains, support healthy alignment, provide maintenance massage for athletes, and assist rehabilitation following injury. Jeremy was a professional dancer in NYC for over 15 years, studying kinesthetic practices and Qi Gong along the way. His movement experience has provided him with a deeply personal relationship with the human bodys anatomy and energy, which is the essence of his massage practice.
