Passionate, curious, and dedicated, Mathilde has always been guided by a desire to connect with others and grow through each experience. Her years as a high-level synchronized swimmer with the Canadian national team fostered a deep appreciation for movement, resilience, and the wisdom of the body, naturally leading her toward manual and holistic therapies. She began her career as a massage therapist in Québec in 2015 and later completed her studies in osteopathic manual practice at the Collège d’études ostéopathiques de Montréal. Since 2020, she has been practicing as an osteopath and is a member of the Canadian Alliance of Alternative Medicine (ACMA). She has also worked extensively with high-level athletes, mainly in track and field, supporting performance, recovery, and injury prevention. In recent years, she taught as a clinical teacher in osteopathy, a role that deepened her love of sharing knowledge with future practitioners. Mathilde’s practice is rooted in therapeutic relationship, knowledge sharing, and supporting clients in their own autonomy. She enjoys working with people from all backgrounds who are ready to actively engage in their health journey, helping them find balance, harmony, and well-being in daily life. Outside of work, Mathilde loves spending time outdoors, being in the water, and singing — activities that keep her connected to movement, creativity, and the joy of life. She is excited to experience these activities and connect with the vibrant Collingwood community.
