Celeste provides thoughtful, intuitive bodywork that invites clients to reconnect with their bodies and settle more fully into themselves. Her work is grounded, attentive, and shaped by a genuine desire to support each client’s unique process—offering space for rest, awareness, and balance to unfold naturally. As a graduate of the Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy, she blends the skills she gained in her training with continued study in CranioSacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute, creating a gentle yet deeply supportive approach to care. She incorporates myofascial release, Swedish massage, and deep tissue into sessions based on the client needs. In addition, Celeste offers intraoral massage techniques that reduce pain from TMJ, migraines, headaches, dental surgery, and other similar concerns.
Combined specialized massage techniques are used to provide therapeutic touch. The session may include techniques of myofascial release, manual lymphatic drainage, therapeutic deep tissue, or Swedish massage. This is dependent upon the client's needs and the training of the practitioner. Does not include fertility massage, pregnancy massage, or postpartum massage. If a dedicated myofascial release or Craniosacral Therapy session is desired, please book it as a separate service.
