Dr. Stephanie Destina is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and Licensed Acupuncturist in New York. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Biology/ Pre-medicine from the University of Hartford. She earned her Master’s and Doctorate degrees from Pacific College of Health and Science. Stephanie’s training, in addition to acupuncture, includes moxibustion, cupping, tui na (Chinese medical massage), herbal medicine, gua sha, and auriculotherapy (ear acupuncture). She believes the integration between Eastern and Western medicine is the best approach for optimal health for mind, body, and spirit. She has been mentored by a renowned fertility acupuncture specialist. She has clinical training in weight management, pediatric care, orthopedics, and dermatology. Her focus is in Fertility Enhancement, Pregnancy Support, Eye Disorders, Endometriosis, Pain Management, PCOS, and Irregular/ Painful Periods. She also utilizes aroma-acupoint therapy and crystal/ sound therapies in her treatments when needed. Her passion is to create a happy and calming environment for all her patients.
