I graduated with honors from the National Holistic Institute in San Jose in 2011, driven by a deep passion for helping others through therapeutic touch. My career as a Massage Therapist began with specialized training through two prestigious internships. My first was with the Stanford Athletics Department, where I worked closely with athletes and their trainers to support performance and recovery. My second internship was at El Camino Hospital’s Oncology Department, providing compassionate care to patients undergoing treatment. I specialize in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports, Myofascial release, Trigger Point, Cupping, Rehabilitation, Prenatal/Postpartum, Medical and Therapeutic Massage. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse clientele, from Hospice/Palliative care patients to high-profile celebrities, professional athletes in the NHL, NBA, MLB, Olympic athletes and everyone in between. I take pride in creating personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs, recognizing that no two bodies are the same. Education is a key component of my approach—I empower my clients with self-care techniques to support their healing process beyond our sessions. I believe that collaboration between therapist and client is essential to achieving the best possible results.
Massage
Our pregnancy massage is tailored to meet the unique needs of expecting mothers. Using specially-designed massage cushions, and side-lying positions, we ensure comfort and safety by avoiding pressure on the abdomen. This gentle and supportive massage helps alleviate common pregnancy discomforts, such as back pain, swelling, and muscle tension, while promoting overall relaxation and well-being. Experience a nurturing touch designed with you and your baby in mind.
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart.
