Hello - I went to school at Iowa State University to study kinesiology. Now, I'm in Tucson working as a personal trainer and massage therapist! I enjoy facilitating personal health and well-being through massage and exercise. I specialize in neuromuscular, myofascial, trigger point, and cupping therapy. 60-Minute Integrated Massage. Customized massage may incorporate a variety of modalities or techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, reflexology, myofascial release, stretching, and/or range of motion to arrive at a treatment that is totally individualized to each client and reflects the uniqueness of each therapist. These combinations are used to tailor the massage towards your personal preferences and specific needs.
