I graduated from the Myotherapy College of Utah in May 2018 where I assisted in teaching multiple massage modalities as well as classes in Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology. In November 2019, I went to Thailand to learn Thai massage from amazing teachers who helped me improve my technique and flow greatly. In June 2022, I attended a Stretch Therapy course to assist athletes with relieving chronic and acute pain, increase flexibility, and improve range of motion. I specialize in Thai, Sports, Injury Recovery, and Deep Tissue massage. My goal as a massage therapist is to provide my clients with a safe and comfortable environment where they can relax, experience relief from pain, and strive for emotional and physical healing.
Sports massage uses a variety of massage techniques designed to help your body feel freer and stronger. It is particularly great for those with active lifestyles. It enhances performance and helps prevent injury, reduce pain, increase range of motion and flexibility, and improve recovery rates.
