A practicing RMT since 2011, Jenna is a graduate of the 3000-hour RMT program from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in New Westminster and a member of the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia. Jenna’s philosophy of practice is to provide massage with a kind heart and skilled hands. Suffering with chronic headaches as an adolescent, she observed and personally experienced the healing benefits message therapy can bring to reduce pain and decrease stress. She is enthusiastically committed to working with her patients to achieve their individual health goals, and to experience relief from debilitating pain. Making a difference to her patients’ quality of life is both powerful and compelling to her. Jenna incorporates a variety of massage techniques including Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, petrissage, muscle energy technique, joint mobilizations and neuromuscular techniques. Always working within the patient’s comfort level, Jenna provides a therapeutic treatment using moderate to deep pressure. She has experience treating a wide range of conditions including, but not limited to, headaches and migraines, low back pain, pre- and post-natal, TMJ, neurological conditions, chronic pain, sports related injuries, whiplash from motor vehicle accidents and treatment of every day aches and pains caused by muscle tension. In her spare time, Jenna enjoys being outdoors; exploring local trails on her bike, hiking, working out and spending time with her family and friends. A recent new resident to Port Coquitlam, Jenna is excited to grow her massage therapy practice closer to home.
