Merry Reasons, M.S., L.Ac., Dipl, Ac., FABORM received her Masters of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Colorado School of Chinese Medicine in Denver, Colorado. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Along with her post graduate training, Merry completed a three year intensive program in Five Element Acupuncture with Jade Woman Enterprises in Denver, Colorado. This training enables her to facilitate deep healing on a mental, emotional and spiritual level. Merry is also currently enrolled in Dr. Randine Lewis’ Clinical Excellence in Fertility Program, and participates in regular continuing education in fertility enhancement based on Dr. Lewis’ Fertile Soul MethodTM. This body-mind-spirit approach is in direct alignment with her earlier training and philosophy. Merry has also had extensive training in pregnancy and post-partum care, offering her patients a highly refined level of expertise in this field. Merry has been in private practice since 2004 in Denver, Colorado. She joined Acupuncture Denver in 2008 as an Associate Acupuncturist. Since joining, she has developed the clinical skills, knowledge and compassion that are the foundations of the practice. In addition to private practice, she also led an Acudetox group in the substance treatment program at the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless from 2007-2010. Merry is National Board Certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and is licensed in the state of Colorado. She is also a certified Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist by the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association (NADA) and is a Fellow of the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine. She is a professional member of the Acupuncture Association of Colorado and the American Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She is also a member of The Fertile Soul Clinical in Excellence Fertility Program founded by renowned TCM fertility expert Randine Lewis, Ph.D. Merry can treat a wide variety of imbalances using both Traditional Chinese Medicine and Five Element Acupuncture. Her gentle, heart-centered approach allows her clients to re-connect to their authentic selves and heal in body, mind and spirit.
