Dr. Simranjit Dhanoa completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education and Coaching, with a focus on Kinesiology, at Douglas College. He then moved to Portland, Oregon, where he earned both a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Western States. Dr. Dhanoa is committed to delivering patient-focused, evidence-based care, drawing on his knowledge of neuromusculoskeletal health, concussion management, and sports rehabilitation to help patients achieve optimal function and long-term well-being. Before pursuing chiropractic, Dr. Dhanoa worked as an Optometric Vision Therapist, where he developed valuable experience working with individuals recovering from concussions and traumatic brain injuries. He also contributed as a Student Athletic Therapist for the Douglas College Royals Basketball Team, providing sideline support and guiding athletes through injury recovery. These experiences have shaped his understanding of the relationship between neurological function, movement, and athletic performance. Dr. Dhanoa has a strong clinical interest in concussion rehabilitation, injury prevention, and restoring functional movement. His treatment approach integrates hands-on chiropractic care with targeted rehabilitation strategies, aiming to not only address pain but also enhance mobility, strength, and overall performance. Outside the clinic, he enjoys spending time with friends, unwinding with Netflix, discovering new food spots, and traveling whenever possible. He values building genuine connections with his patients and is dedicated to helping them reach their health and performance.
