Rikki is a Registered Massage Therapist and a graduate of Vicars School of Massage Therapy. She has a strong passion for sports massage therapy and enjoys working with athletes and active individuals to help prevent injuries, speed recovery, and optimize performance. Taking a personalized, well-rounded approach to care, she tailors each treatment to align with clients’ unique goals, movement demands, and lifestyle. With a background as a personal trainer and a deep understanding of athletic performance, she focuses on keeping bodies moving well, resilient, and performing at their best. Specializing in supporting athletic performance and recovery, her techniques include injury and sport rehabilitation, myofascial release, deep tissue, and relaxation massage. She has a particular interest in working with the lower body, especially the ankles and knees, helping clients improve mobility, stability, and confidence in movement. She is actively pursuing certification with the Canadian Sports Massage Therapists Association (CSMTA) to further specialize in athletic performance and recovery. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys kickboxing, weightlifting, and running, staying closely connected to the athletic community she loves working with.
