Ruta graduated from Oxford College and is an active member of the College of Massage Therapist of Ontario. She has experience in general Swedish massage, deep tissue, Myofascial release and Trigger point therapy. She also believes that educating her clients on how they can play an active role in their recovery and meeting their treatment goals by providing them with remedial exercises for stretching and strengthening and other self-care recommendations for home to further maintain and promote their mobility. Ruta is fluent in English and Polish and believes that effective communication is essential with clients in order to achieve their goals.
