Massage
Swedish Esalen massage is an integrative bodywork that incorporates elements of Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, or stretching, to address specific areas of tension in the body. The massage is performed with long, flowing motions to release tension in the muscles and promote relaxation.
