I graduated from Therapeutic Bodyworks Massage School in December of 2009 and have sought out high-quality, continuing education courses ever since, such as Upledger Institute's Craniosacral Therapy, including Somato Emotional Release and Pediatric CST, Haase Myotherapy's "Secrets of Deep Tissue", and National Hollistic Instute of California'sadvanced techniques workshops. I do extensive research in the natural health realm and love to share information. I reside in North Prairie, have been married for 35 years, love Jesus, my family, animals and travel.
Designed to remove tension and soreness, therapeutic massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface. A variety of techniques including sweedish, deep tissue, trigger point, CST, and myofascial release are used as deemed appropriate for your body's needs.
