Her approach is both precise and holistic—addressing the root cause while supporting immediate symptoms—and she works collaboratively with midwives, OBs, and other healthcare providers to ensure safe, coordinated care. About: Courtney’s clinical work is grounded in both Traditional Chinese Medicine and modern integrative care. Over the past two decades, her practice has evolved to reflect a dual focus: supporting active individuals through injury and recovery, and guiding women through key transitions including fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum. She is known for creating a calm, supportive treatment environment while delivering results-driven care. Why she became an Acupuncturist: Courtney was drawn to acupuncture through a deep interest in the body’s ability to heal when supported in the right way. Early in her career, she saw how effective this medicine could be for both physical pain and more complex, systemic conditions. Her path became more focused after experiencing pregnancy and birth herself, which shaped her passion for supporting women through these transformative stages with safe, integrative care. Athletics: Courtney loves sports such as skiing, baseball, golf and recently pickleball and quiet walks in the forest with her dog Leonard. What you should know about her (fun fact): Courtney lives on Bowen Island with her husband and two children and feels most grounded when she’s near the ocean or in the forest. Her personal approach to health—balanced, connected, and sustainable—is reflected in the care she provides.
