Having been through several limiting injuries himself, James found therapy as an effective way to rehab himself back into his status as a national-level athlete. He currently competes as an Olympic Weightlifter, incorporating vigorous training as well as coaching into his schedule. His experience in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting has provided him with a greater understanding of the movement, mobility, and strength of the human body. He is hugely passionate about when it comes to teaching others and is a firm believer that your mental health is just as important as your physical health.
