Daniel is a Registered Massage Therapist trained in a wide range of techniques, including Swedish massage, petrissage, lymphatic techniques, joint mobilizations, sports massage, and advanced facial techniques. He brings an advanced understanding of movement and biomechanical analysis and is particularly skilled in assessing facial patterns — an often overlooked but impactful area that can play a key role in resolving tension, postural imbalances, and movement restrictions throughout the body. Daniel brings a strong background in athletic development and exercise programming. He has extensive experience designing athletic, remedial, and performance-based exercise programs, allowing him to connect hands-on treatment with movement strategies that support long-term progress, improvement, and relief. Daniel values a client-centered approach in his practice. Every session is tailored to the individual, with a focus on helping clients achieve their specific goals — whether that’s pain relief, improved movement, recovery, or enhanced performance.
