Initial Osteopathic Appointment

Your first manual osteopathy appointment, we’ll start with a brief conversation about your health history, current concerns, and goals. From there, your practitioner will complete a gentle assessment of posture, mobility, and areas of restriction to understand how your body is functioning. Treatment is included in the initial visit and may involve soft tissue techniques, joint mobilization, stretching, and gentle manipulations—always tailored to your comfort. Before you leave, you’ll receive a clear overview of the findings, what was addressed in treatment, and personalized recommendations for follow-up care or self-care at home.
