Through my work in the fitness community I discovered my love for health and wellness. Coaching functional fitness classes, personal training and teaching yoga ignited my curiosity about the remarkable capabilities of the body. I’m currently studying at The CAO to become an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner (M.OMSc) and have worked for many years honing the craft of FST (fascial stretch therapy) and Manual Lymphatic services. It brings me joy to offer these treatments to you and helping you live happily and freely in your body.
This treatment combines gentle manual lymphatic drainage with light facial cupping and Gua Sha tools to sculpt, decongest, and promote a refreshed glow.
