Dani is a Meaford-based Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) whose practice is rooted in a holistic, integrated understanding of the musculoskeletal system. She graduated from The Institute of Complementary and Alternative Therapies in 2017 and went on to successfully challenge the CMTO regulatory examinations to earn her full massage therapy license in Ontario. Prior to massage therapy Dani also studied at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (2014) earning her registration as a Holistic Nutritionist. At that time she also worked as a fitness instructor and personal trainer – always looking to expand her knowledge and understanding of the body and musculoskeletal system. Growing up Dani was exposed to massage at a very young age – massage therapy practices were always seen as important and useful to both her grandmother and mother – neither having a formal education in massage – but both always providing gentle, loving care at home. She was 14 when she started receiving professional (RMT) massage. Throughout her life she learned and integrated these practices into her life for self-care and decided to pursue a formal education. Today, Dani is passionate and excited to provide kind and expert care that integrates all her experience with alternative health care, her personal healing & health challenges, and her wealth of experience working with the musculoskeletal system. She loves challenging clients – those who have complex or “unsolvable” cases. Her greatest teacher is her day-to-day experience with clients, always adapting and integrating new techniques and treatment ideas on a regular basis to best meet every client’s needs.
