My name is Hilary Carpenter and I'm a mom of 2 busy boys aged 7 and 12. My massage journey started at 19 when I studied at The Center for Massage and Natural Health in Weaverville, NC. From there I quickly moved to Colorado. I've been back in NC since 2009 and studied massage again at Miller Motte Cary. I've been practicing consistently for 10+ years now. I use swedish and deep tissue as a basis for healing with massage. Other modalities I enjoy incorporating are reflexology, craniosacral therapy, and cupping. I'm looking forward to continuing to grow, learn, and heal in bodywork therapies.
