Antonia graduated with a Bachelors of Kinesiology from the University of the Fraser Valley, and has also earned a Sports Science Diploma from Douglas College. Growing up, Antonia regularly participated in numerous athletics. Competitively, she has earned medals and championship titles in volleyball, karate, and softball. She continues to train in softball and at the gym. When not in the clinic or exercising, Antonia volunteers as a coach and youth support worker. She also enjoys travelling, spending time with her dog, and finding new restaurants.
