Dr. Lindsay Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph and a Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, graduating cum laude with Clinic Honours in 2013. She has completed additional training in Acupuncture (2014), nutrition coaching (2020), pediatric care, pregnancy care, and postpartum rehabilitation (2020), continually expanding her skill set to better support her patients. With over a decade of experience in clinical practice, Dr. Taylor is known for her compassionate, patient-centered approach and her ability to put patients at ease with a warm sense of humour. She has treated individuals across all stages of life—from infants to older adults—as well as recreational and elite athletes, including professionals and Olympians. Dr. Taylor has a special interest in pregnancy and postpartum care, where she is passionate about supporting women through this transformative stage. Her goal is to empower patients to maintain active lifestyles, rebuild strength, and feel confident in their bodies. Dr. Taylor’s treatment approach is comprehensive and individualized, integrating manual and instrument-assisted spinal manipulation, soft tissue therapy, rehabilitative exercise, acupuncture, kinesiotaping, and patient education. Outside of practice, Dr. Taylor is a lifelong athlete and mom to two boys. She grew up in Whitby, where she played and coached a variety of sports, including hockey, lacrosse, softball, beach volleyball, skiing, and dog agility. In her free time, she enjoys reading, thrifting, and exploring local trails with her family.
