Sarah recently became a Registered Massage Therapist in December 2024. With a background in administration, Sarah decided to pursue a second career in massage therapy with a desire for an enhanced work/life balance as well as a passion to help people. Sarah likes to use myofacial techniques along with general swedish massage. She will focus on professional quality massage that assists in promotion of the health and wellness benefits to clients. Sarah believes that massage can enhance a clients recovery experience and also promote mental and emotional health. Sarah likes to spend a lot of time in the outdoors camping and fishing with her blended family of 4 boys 12-22. Sarah loves cooking and baking. In her downtime, you will find Sarah hiking with her sidekick Remy the Daschund exploring all the nooks and crannies of the Okanagan.
