Hi. My full name is Pamela Susan McGrath. I am often called Pam but Pamela is good too. After people know me for a while they seem to adopt Pammy, a term of endearment after many years of connection and friendship. This happens naturally for some reason and feels good to me. I am an artist of many mediums, Massage being one medium practiced since 1998. Sculpting the body to finding better alignment and softening tissue to create greater homeostasis, these are the efforts of Massage therapists in practice. My massage approach is integrative using different techniques tailored for the clients individual need. Being a Therapist and for 25 years and a Hands on Massage instructor for 15, I have worked with many different people on the table and in the classroom, from young to old, from healthy athletes to end of life care. I have a great interest and knowledge in the teachings of Chinese medicine and incorporate meridian work into the nuts and bolts of soft tissue manipulation. Clients reflections of my work have said that I am very intuitive and thorough. The body responds well to a rhythmic and symmetrical touch so these are qualities inherent to my work.
