Bridget graduated from Humber College in Fitness in Health Promotion in 2017. She then went on to Wilfrid Laurier to complete a General Bachelor of Arts. After graduating she wanted to peruse a career in the Health and Wellness industry, taking her to complete her diploma in Massage Therapy. Bridget has taken extra courses in pregnancy massage, child and infant massage. She has also completed level 1 and 3 Dr. Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Combined Deconstructive Therapy. Bridget spends her time continuing to learn new techniques and skills in her field. She also enjoys going to the gym, taking her dog for walks and spending time with friends.
