Casey Teng is a BCAK-registered Kinesiologist with a Bachelor of Coaching and Education (Kinesiology Specialization) from Douglas College. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine – Boucher Campus, where she is further expanding her knowledge in rehabilitation, physical medicine, and integrative healthcare. Growing up as a competitive dancer, Casey developed a strong appreciation for movement, injury recovery, and physical performance. This foundation continues to influence her clinical approach, allowing her to combine evidence-informed rehabilitation strategies with a practical understanding of movement mechanics and functional exercise. Casey works closely with ICBC and WorkSafeBC clients, providing individualized active rehabilitation programs designed to reduce pain, restore function, and support a safe return to daily activities, work, and recreation. She has experience working with a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions, including motor vehicle accident injuries, whiplash-associated disorders, concussion-related symptoms, vestibular dysfunction, chronic pain, postural impairments, and movement-related injuries. Her treatment approach focuses on education, exercise prescription, functional rehabilitation, and empowering clients to take an active role in their recovery. Casey is passionate about helping individuals build confidence in movement, improve physical resilience, and achieve long-term health and wellness goals. Outside of the clinic, Casey remains actively involved in the dance community as a coach and mentor, supporting dancers in performance development, injury prevention, and healthy movement practices.
