Astra became a Registered Massage Therapist to help people overcome the stresses of the daily grind. She believes that massage therapy plays a huge role in preventative medicine, and in helping to restore the body to peak physical function and optimal health. Through soft tissue manipulation, trigger point release and deep tissue Swedish massage, Astra works hard to provide a comprehensive, well rounded, client focused, safe and effective treatment specific to each individual. Astra is a member in good standing of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario as well as the Registered Massage Therapist’s Association of Ontario. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy.
