Pamela is a graduate of MH Vicars 2200 Massage Therapy program as of June 12, 2021! With over 10 years of yoga studies and practice, Pamela is passionate about physiology, self care, and helping others with their wellness goals. Her compassionate approach creates a welcoming environment for all clients. She can provide therapeutic massage to the community with individualized treatment plans for clients requiring services ranging from, but not limited to; injury recovery, chronic affairs, relaxation and maintenance . Clients will be informed about techniques, benefits of massage and the importance of home care. Pamela is committed to keep up with best industry practices and current research as well as a dedication to professional and personal growth by continuing education and expanding modalities best suited to successfully treat clients. Pamela has completed her diploma in Manual Osteopathy as of October 2022! She is eager and excited to start treating clients in with Manual Osteopathy. Manual Osteopathy assess and corrects structural and functional imbalances. Improved musculoskeletal balance means the reduction or elimination of pain, an increased range of motion and the release of entrapped nerves or trigger points.
