Florence specializes in deep tissue massage, fascial stretching (FST), and cupping therapy. Her passion for athletics and understanding the principles of injury associated with sport, allows her to relate to the needs of her clients . Two of her sports of choice are volleyball and boxing. Florence’s objective is to apply her skill, knowledge and personalized treatment plans to improve the quality of life of her patients. When she’s not outside enjoying nature, you can find her helping the community by volunteering as a mental health supporter at an in-call center or helping out at a local food drive.
