My Mission is your mission. Things to do, places to go, time flying by, waking up tired, repeating the cycle. Even when you have down time, you're so keyed up it takes you a long time to let the tension go. That's what I hear again and again. I see what this does to a body, and it isn't a good thing. I am a re-set button. Using my hands as well as my heart, I help you to relax and come back to a world where life is manageable. If you're looking for a break from reality and would like to begin appreciating the little things again instead of being chronically frazzled, I can help. You'll find me to be friendly, respectful and professional. . I'll get your "old" self back in your body and your mind.. I know how to remove layers of tension and stress, how to take you from tight to "alright!", how to get you breathing deeply and openly again. Holding your breath right now? Then you're worse off than I thought - come right on in! My specialties are "condition specific" muscular problems and pain, lymphatic drainage, prenatal, and oncology (massage for cancer patients).
Massage
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart.
