I originally started my career in the skincare industry working with massage therapists, never thinking I would become one. The longer I was around them and the more massage work I received, I began to realize how important and beneficial it is to the body and overall well being. I decided to go back to school to get my massage license in 2014 and quickly fell in love with it. About a year into my massage career I injured myself. Surprisingly, it was one of the best things that ever happened to me; it helped me realize that I needed to be more mindful and take better care of myself. After seeing a chiropractor for a couple of weeks for the injury I started working for him as a massage therapist. I learned so much about the body and how to treat different injuries from that experience, which helped shape me into the therapist I am today. My entire career has been spent on learning how to better care for your body, and my experiences and expertise allow me to cater every session to your needs. I try to practice great communication so if there are ever any questions that you have about the session don't hesitate to reach out prior, during or after your session.
