Krisdeep is a dedicated physiotherapist who is passionate about helping individuals improve their health, mobility, and overall quality of life. She earned her Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney, Australia, after completing a Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of the Fraser Valley. Krisdeep has diverse clinical experience as a registered kinesiologist in British Columbia and as a physiotherapist in Australia. She has treated a wide range of conditions across musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary, post-surgical, and paediatric populations. Her experience also includes managing chronic pain, motor vehicle accident injuries, and work-related injuries. She takes an evidence-based, patient-centred approach to care, combining hands-on manual therapy with individualized exercise rehabilitation to help patients achieve their goals and return to the activities they enjoy. Outside the clinic, Krisdeep enjoys staying active by working out at the gym, playing soccer, running, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
