Riddhi Soni
Synergy Rehab
Riddhi is a Registered Physiotherapist and Manager Site Services at Royal Columbian Hospital, bringing over a decade of experience in rehabilitation, patient-centered care, and healthcare leadership. Since beginning of her physiotherapy journey in 2011, she has remained deeply committed to helping people heal, move, and thrive. Riddhi’s passion for physiotherapy is rooted in her belief that “motion is lotion” not just for the body, but for the mind and soul. Over the years, she has worked in diverse healthcare settings, treating individuals with a range of conditions from acute injuries to chronic pain. Her approach is guided by compassion, evidence-based care, and a deep understanding of each patient’s unique needs, ensuring they feel empowered in their recovery journey. In 2021, Riddhi transitioned into healthcare leadership, taking on roles where she could drive positive change, improve patient outcomes, and foster a culture of collaboration. Leading interdisciplinary teams has been an incredibly fulfilling experience, allowing her to make a difference not just in individual lives, but within the broader healthcare system. Riddhi holds a bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and a Diploma in Yoga Teacher Training from India. Her passion for lifelong learning led her to pursue a master’s in health management from McMaster University, which she successfully completed in 2022 all while working full-time and caring for her young son. This journey reinforced her resilience, adaptability, and dedication to balancing multiple roles while staying true to her purpose. Beyond her professional life, Riddhi is a strong advocate for holistic well-being. Whether she’s practicing yoga, strength training, walking, or embracing the outdoors, she believes in staying active to nurture both the body and mind. A passionate sports enthusiast, she has a deep love for cricket, a sport that has shaped her teamwork, discipline, and perseverance values she carries into her work every day. Riddhi is beyond excited to bring her expertise, leadership experience, and compassionate approach to Synergy Rehab. She looks forward to helping clients rediscover their strength, confidence, and well- being through movement and rehabilitation.
