Jeremy graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 2016, obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. He furthered his studies in Scotland at Glasgow Caledonian University (GCU) and graduated with a Masters of Physiotherapy in 2019. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Having traveled abroad for his Physiotherapy education, Jeremy has gained clinical experience in a wide variety of settings and populations throughout the United Kingdom as well as having worked in an Orthopedic Hospital in Dares Salaam, Tanzania. Treating patients from many walks of life have inspired Jeremy to focus on the unique and individual traits of each person, honing a holistic, client-centered approach to his treatment. Jeremy has utilized his skills as a physiotherapist in Newfoundland since 2020, treating many patients with a variety of injuries and conditions. With over 15 years of experience working in the fitness industry and in personal training, Jeremy has first-hand experience in the rigors of exercise, injury and recovery. Ranging from beginner weightlifting programs, seniors fitness classes, health improvement programs, and training runners for local races such as the Tely 10, Jeremy has helped numerous people achieve their fitness goals. With a long history of weightlifting and powerlifting, Jeremy has found success on both local and international stages. In 2017 he competed against the rest of the United Kingdom as a part of Team Scotland, winning gold alongside his 11 teammates at the Home Nations Powerlifting Championships.
