I believe that by calming our nervous system through awareness and healing touch that we can reach a level of comfort and quality of life that serves us best. I'm here to aid clients in achieving those goals through massage. While traveling, I noticed people providing massage to each other on their front porches and in parks. It moved me to witness this culture of care and led me to pursue massage training and certification (first through a brief course in Thai massage and more recently with over 625 hours of study through Rogue Community College Massage program). In between those days of inspiration in Thailand and today, I've also persued studies in herbalism and received my yoga teaching certification, both through the Hawthorn Institute in Williams Oregon. I'm very grateful to all of the teachers that I've learned from along the way. It is my honor to live in beautiful Southern Oregon and serve our community in paths to wellness.
