I was in a severe auto accident in 2000 when was rear-ended at a stoplight by a person travelling 50 miles per hour. Needless to say, I was in pretty rough shape for awhile. I was referred to a massage therapist by my chiropractor as she could not do anything for me. It was that massage therapist that helped me get back on my feet, out of pain and living my life once again. It was from that episode in my life that steered me into this career that has been a total blessing since becoming a Massage Therapist in November 2008. As a therapist, I blend a variety of massage techniques to assist those with complicated conditions, chronic illness, muscle pain, injuries, and those seeking respite and relaxation. I have taken classes in many modalities: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Medical Massage, Cupping, Myofascial, Craniosacral, Neuromuscular, Stretching,Muscle Energy, Trigger Point, Quantum Energy, Microcurrent Point Stimulation. and Sound and Vibration Therapy.
