Tessa is an Alberta-based athletic therapist. She prioritizes education and empowerment in her treatment plans to ensure her clients are able to return to their active lifestyles efficiently. Growing up in a very active household, she has experiences with a wide range of sports and activities. Her treatment style includes manual therapy, Graston, cupping, PNF, and a range of other hands on techniques. Tessa has a love for contact sport, especially rugby. As an athlete, a coach, and an athletic therapist she thoroughly understands the requirements to return to heavy training and competition. She has spent the last few years working alongside hockey and rugby teams including, Cochrane Chaos, NWAA, Calgary Fire, Calgary Irish Rugby Club, and Springbank Community High School.
