The 60 minute, (1 hour) massage is great for a full body massage with 1 area of focus. While listening to my clients wants and also listening to their body's needs, I will let this guide me to create a massage that will provide you with the most healing for them. I approach each appointment this way, so my client gets exactly what they want each time. Watching them leave refreshed, happy and more comfortable in their body is such a rewarding experience.
