Hi! I'm so glad you're here. I am a physical therapist who wants to change the way PT is viewed. I focus on what I can do for you and how we can achieve your goals for yourself or for your little one. My passion is to bring individualized plans and a sense of community to my families and get everyone where they can live with PURPOSE!
First half will be working with baby to ensure mobility, flexibility, and appropriate muscular length for functional activities (think baby massage to promote wellness.) Second half will be working on mommy to make sure you are feeling your best to care for your baby, continue a life without aches and pains, and address specific tension or tight areas (mommy massage.) *moms, dads, caregivers, etc. “mommy & me” just sounds cuter :)
