I have been practicing the art of bodywork for about 20 years and specialize in Eastern techniques such as Thai, acupressure and Reflexology. I believe massage is one of the best techniques for healing from physical ailments as well as mental health issues associated with trauma. When I am not helping people via bodywork, I enjoy practicing yoga and mediation and spending time in nature.
