For New Patients Only. Initial Chiropractic Assessment with Dr. Mathew Saturnino, DC. An initial chiropractic assessment will begin with a discussion between the patient and Dr. Saturnino to better understand the main reason for your appointment, in addition to your general health. A physical examination will consist of range of motion assessment, specific orthopedic maneuvers for the area of concern, functional examination, and neurological examination. X-rays may be recommended if necessary. At the end of the examination, a diagnosis will be rendered and treatment options will be discussed between the doctor and patient. If no imaging or referral to a physician is required, patients will receive their first treatment during the session.
