Lindsey is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of New Hampshire. She received her training at Holistic Academy of Natural Disciplines in Nashua, NH. She is trained in a variety of modalities including cupping, hot stone, manual lymphatic drainage, and myofascial release. She strives to help the body heal naturally, alleviate chronic pain by injury or repetitive strain, and help with stress caused by everyday life. She specializes in injury and disease and works with all types of folks from athletes to office workers. When she is not massaging you can find her in the woods with her three dogs. Going on hikes or just exploring all that New Hampshire has to offer. She lives in the middle of the woods with her boyfriend, best friend, and of course her three dogs Fred, George, and Rhonda.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a massage technique that stimulates the lymphatic flow and helps transport the lymph from swollen areas to non swollen areas/lymph collectors. That way your body can naturally process the fluid and provide relief. This is done using a gentle rhythmic motion on dry skin. This technique can be used on all stages of lymphedema.
