I am located in the residential town houses across from the McDonald’s and Shell Station at 5th and Tabour. As an active individual I have experienced the process of injuries, surgeries, physical rehabilitation, and healing. Over the last 10 years, I have worked in various disciplines within community health care here in Prince George and have a passion for working with people to ease the process of pain reduction, and aid in the management. of their current health status. I graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in November of 2021, after completing one year of health sciences at the University of Northern British Columbia. My treatments include the use of a variety of soft tissue manipulation techniques including Swedish massage, myofascial release, passive and active range of motion, lymphatic drainage, post isometric relaxation, therapeutic exercise, joint mobilization, trigger point and myofascial release. Outside of the clinic you can find me, hiking, relaxing with a good book, or adventuring around BC with my husband and our lab Bodhi.
This length of appointment is reserved for patients who cannot make regularly scheduled visits and therefore require a longer treatment time. Or for those patients who require a little extra time due to their current health status.
