With over seven years of clinical experience and a strong foundation in both sports medicine and women’s health, Dr. Andrea Watson offers a personalized, integrative approach to chiropractic care, blending gentle manual techniques, soft tissue therapy, and movement-based rehab. Known for creating a calm, supportive environment, Dr. Watson helps patients feel seen, heard, and empowered, whether they’re navigating pregnancy or postpartum recovery, returning to activity after injury, managing everyday tension, or looking to stay active and strong as they age. Dr. Watson’s path into chiropractic began with a love of sports and a fascination with the human body. While earning her BA (Honours) in Kinesiology from Western University, specializing in Rehabilitation Sciences and Sports Medicine, she worked as the on-field therapist for the varsity women’s field hockey team. Drawn to chiropractic for its hands-on approach and the opportunity to truly listen and support patients, she went on to complete her Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, where she developed a strong clinical interest in pregnancy and postpartum care, which has since become a key focus of her practice. Dr. Watson has completed extensive post-graduate training in prenatal and postpartum care, as well as pediatric care for infants and children. She is certified in the Webster Technique (for prenatal care) and trained in a variety of adjusting methods, allowing her to adapt and individualize treatment based on patient comfort, age, and clinical goals. To complement her hands-on approach, she also integrates modern tools and technologies including shockwave therapy, instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy, and dynamic cupping with infrared laser. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Watson enjoys hiking and kayaking with her partner and two Bengal cats, and exploring local cafés and all the incredible food Vancouver has to offer.
