Sarah received her Honours Bachelor of Science Specializing in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa in 2016 before becoming a Registered Kinesiologist. She has recently graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy with a Master in Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences, allowing her to start her career as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. Sarah specializes in Osteopathic Manual therapy, concussion rehabilitation, sports injury prevention/rehabilitation and motor vehicle accident rehabilitation. She believes in the importance of a holistic approach to rehabilitation by regaining movement and motion to improve blood flow and reduce overall pain, improving the patient’s constitution and vitality. In 2015 Sarah began working with elite-level athletes and is now the Head Therapist for the Kemptville 73’s Jr. A hockey team, as well as the Lead Trainer for the Central Canada Hockey League. This experience has allowed her to manage a multitude of different injuries in a 1-on-1 setting. She began working with motor vehicle accident patients and veterans in 2017.
