Jane graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelors of Science degree Specializing in Toxicology and Majoring in Human Biology. Following this, she continued her post-graduate education at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto where she received her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine designation. While completing her studies at CCNM, Jane also became certified in Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture, a technique that creates radiant health and enhances one’s appearance by diminishing the signs of stress and aging. Believing strongly in the mind-body connection, Jane furthered her education by becoming certified in hypnotherapy and pediatric hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy has allowed Jane to assist individuals to create change though increased self-awareness to promote self-healing and empowerment, adding another dimension to the healing process. As a licensed ND and certified hypnotherapist, Jane is compassionate and dedicated to helping people live balanced, healthy and happy lives. Recognizing the uniqueness of every individual, Jane focuses on a personalized approach to healthcare. She utilizes a variety of therapies to create personalized treatment plans for patients to help facilitate optimal health based on their individual health concerns.

Naturopath
In person Naturopathic Medicine consultation. In your first appointment with Dr. Shou she will get to know you, your health history, and your goals. She will develop a personalized treatment plan to address your health concerns and work towards your goals in achieving optimal health.
