Dr. Kristin McLain Krussel - formerly Milonas - is the owner of The Center for Mind, Body and Spirit, a licensed chiropractic physician, acupuncturist, certified laser practitioner, certified yoga instructor, nationally certified fitness instructor, certified MUTU Pro, and the past owner and lead instructor of the FIT4MOM St. Louis franchise. She is a Missouri licensed acupuncturist, certified MUTU Pro, Spinning Certified Instructor, Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), and Mult-Certified FIT4MOM Instructor. Acupuncture
This initial Acupuncture visit includes approximately 30 minutes of face time with the physician for consultation, history gathering, exam, and needle placement along with an additional 30-45 minutes under treatment. All treatments take place in a private room on massage tables featuring a BioMat.
Chiropractic
This comprehensive interaction includes an extensive consultation/discovery session, history gathering, exam, and treatment. This visit is for any new patient - chiropractic, acupuncture, or nutrition - who would like discovery of cause, and treatment for correction often including additional modalities beyond the chiropractic adjustment or acupuncture treatment such as laser therapy, kinesio-taping, cupping, therapeutic exercise prescription, stretches, nutrition/supplementation recommendations, and neuromuscular reeducation. Approximately 60 minutes.
